Email or WhatsApp your 3D model plus a 2D drawing with tolerances and finish marked, and tell us the material and order quantity.
We review design for manufacturability — tolerances, radii, thread and surface requirements — and flag any risks before quoting.
You receive unit pricing plus a confirmed production lead time for that order — on working days, usually within 24 hours.
Approve the quote and PI to start production. First orders are paid by T/T; first-article confirmation can be arranged on request.
Parts are machined, inspected and packed for export. Shipped via DHL or FedEx; trade terms such as DDP or FOB on request.
We do not quote a fixed number of days on the website. Every order has its lead time confirmed at quotation stage, based on quantity, material and process.
For repeat production parts we keep drawings and process details on file, so re-ordering is simple and quality stays consistent batch to batch.
